How do I get to my team page?
Click on your team name that appears under your name on your fundraising page.
How do I earn a medal?
Bronze: Raise $150 & log 150 activity miles
Silver: Raise $350 & log 350 activity miles
Gold: Raise $565 & log 565 activity miles
Do I register and create a team separately?
No! Both actions are set up at registration. Select "Individual" if you are registering individually, "Create a Team" if you are a team leader, or "Join a Team" if you are joining an existing team.
How do I join a team or change my team after I've registered?
Navigate to your personal fundraising page. Click "Manage" in the top right corner. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Team Fundraising" tab, then click the "Join or Create a Team" button.

There is currently a technical glitch with resetting your password but the link above does work to reset your password.
My indoor cycling/treadmill workout didn't log all of my miles
Many users are aware of this already, but the apps & devices tracking your workout use GPS to log your distance. If you are doing indoor cycling or on a treadmill your activity will be logged based on duration/time instead of distance.
We recommend manually logging those miles for the distance you covered so that you get the most out of your effort!
I entered miles but they are not showing?
Please give the system a few minutes and be sure to "refresh" your page! Sometimes it takes a few minutes for all of the data to sync over!
How do I create a team?
During registration, select the "create a team" option.

Visit your fundraising page, log in, click "manage" and then click "details" to edit your information.

What counts as miles?
Anything, if you can move you can log miles! Non-distance-based activities (yoga, weightlifting, crossfit, etc.) are logged as every 15 minutes equals one mile. Our mileage system knows this, log your activity & amount of time and it will log the correct number of miles.
